Me Llamo Adela, Hablo muy Poco Ingles

Good morning from San Jose.  The final trek was made yesterday, out of the jungle coastland of the Osa, traveling north, into the city. Leaving behind a trail of memories. I am not going to lie, despite the last month being so incredibly filled with amazement and beauty, there were certain aspects, that while driving down the winding bumpy road filled with speeding tico drivers, away from the southern penninsula, I was willingly happy to leave behind for the time being-- things like finding scorpions under the mattress, stepping over huge venomous snakes, driving the little rental car through mass amounts of flowing river (while fun, was a bit stressful), and sweating, though I enjoy the purification....well, it is just plain nice to sit down to breakfast without the experience of every body part sticking together as if held with slimy glue this morning. Alas, I will miss my morning run past the bulls, the ever enchanting monkeys playing in the trees, cooking beans and bananas and rice in every imaginable way possible, hitchhiking into puerto jimenez just to buy an ice cream cone for 70 cents, the fresh limes from the tree, candlelit dinners in the cabina with my girls, sharing words on love and life (what else?), swimming under the moon, natural clay facials (from blue clay collected on the shore) in the morning, drinking imperials (cervesa) beginning at 10 am, not wearing clothes, ....and most of all the company of three amazing women that shared that place in the world with me.  There is nothing like saying goodbye to dear friends.  So here I am, for the first time since leaving the united states, traveling as an individual woman, with my always humbling spanish skills that most often begin by stating , 'lo ciento' and then continue on with elaborate hand gestures and a smattering of shy laughter from all parties involved.  I am headed up to a small pueblo by the name of Cedral today (for those of you checking out a map, it is north of Miramar) situated in the Tilaran mountains about 3,400 feet up.  Here I will meet up with a friend of a friend from Alaska who is conducting a bird study in the coffee farms and primary forests. The plan from there, (universe willing) is to catch a plane to Quito, Ecuador to begin language school, in hopes of acquiring a few bits of knowledge to help me stumble less, and speak with a tad more grace.
I read recently,  "The universe wants to give to you. The moment you begin to change your vibration to one of abundance, it will start sending you people, situations, and opportunities that reflect your inner state."  And so I take this with me as I head out to navigate the streets of San Jose.  I pray this finds you all very well, receiving the nourishment you need.  With love.
